Introduction to Technical Diving (Intro to Tech)

The NAUI Introduction to Technical Diving (Intro to Tech) course is designed to give certified divers an opportunity to improve their skills, knowledge and equipment configuration (NTEC) with the main goal being increased safety and efficiency. It is also designed to prepare divers for the rigors of technical diver training.

Cost: $375 (minimum 2 students required) or $625 for private course

Extra Costs: scuba equipment, boat fees, park admission fees, tank fills, transportation.

Prerequisites:

• Minimum age of 18
• Minimum certification of NAUI Scuba Diver and NAUI EANx Diver (or equivalents)
• Proof of 25 logged dives with 5 dives on EANx.
• Must be able to meet NAUI swim requirements for Scuba Diver.
