Deep Diver

As your underwater experiences expand, those deeper dives will be calling. The ability to "deep dive" - between 60 and 130 feet - opens up a whole new world of wrecks, reefs and marine life. It also calls for a whole new level of training to build your understanding of physics and physiology at depth, and to equip you with the skills you need to plan and carry out dives with minimal risk and maximum safety and enjoyment.

The Burton's Deep Diver Program consists of five hours of classroom sessions that cover dive planning, physiology, dive tables, dive computers and problem solving. The Program also includes 4 open water dives over two days. Accompanied by your instructor, you'll visit some of the best known dive sites and wrecks in Ontario, exploring depths ranging between 60 and 130 feet. You'll complete the program with an enhanced set of skills, four exciting new dives under your belt, and a whole new level of self-confidence.

Course Cost: $175.00

Extra Costs: scuba equipment, boat charters, tank fills, park admission fees, transportation.

Prerequisites:

• Minimum age of 18
• Minimum certification of NAUI Advanced Scuba Diver or equivalent
