Technical Diving

NAUI Technical Diver Courses address particular areas of technical diving. Accordingly, technical courses are designed to provide more detailed training than specialty diver courses and result in more extensive qualifications. In these instances, the qualifications are described in the respective technical course standard. They provide divers the opportunity to enjoy organized diving, which yields experience and documents training in technical diving activities.

All technical courses will require the use of NAUI Technical Equipment Configuration (NTEC). In addition, we will require proof of diving accident insurance for all technical courses. If you do not have insurance that covers you for scuba diving accidents, please take a moment to visit the DAN (Divers Alert Network) website below and have a look at their insurance packages. The standard Medical Evaluation Form and Technical Diving Liability Waiver must also be filled out.
